1980年　ロンドン大学クイーンメアリーカレッジ 経済学部卒　 BSc. Economics Honours
2002年　ロンドン大学クイーンメアリーカレッジ 法学部卒 　 LLB. Honours
2004年　英国司法試験(LPC)に合格。McFaddens法律事務所に入所し司法修習生として実務経験を積む。
2005年　在モスクワ法律事務所MZS & Partnersと提携し、ロシアでのリーガルアドバイス開始。
2010年　藤岡法律事務所（現 TFC Legal）を設立。

ロンドン大学経済学部卒業後、東京での商社勤を経て米国電気計装機器販売会社 (Benfield Electric International)東京法人社長として、主に海外プラント建設向けUL.　Bs.　規格電気計装資材の調達 /納入業務に携わる。法学一筋ではなくビジネスの経験を生かした実践法務サービスの提供に努力しています。

Robert has 30 years’ experience as a solicitor specialising in criminal litigation with a particular emphasis on white collar crime and commercial fraud. Robert has acted in the defence of many clients facing the most serious and complex SFO, HM Customs & Excise, and City of London Police Economic Crime Unit prosecutions. He also handles Financial Services Authority investigations and prosecutions in relation to insider trading, amongst other City and business related criminal matters.

Robert’s expertise in commercial fraud also makes him very well placed to advise companies, banks and other financial institutions as to whether, and, in the event that, they have been the victims of fraud.

Nigel was educated at Oxford University and has worked in the City since 1977.   He was a solicitor for many years with Clifford Chance and ran his own legal practice since 1993.  He specialises in employment law as well as in intellectual property matters both contentious and non contentious.  He also has a wide experience of corporate commercial matters and insolvency.

英外務省の外国人特派員会員およびロンドン外国人記者クラブ会員。金融・経済アナリスト。1991年、金融および経済を専門とする新聞社のロンドン支局開設委員・局長として渡英。外国人特派員として、ロンドン金融街シティをはじめチューリッヒ、フランクフルト、パリなどの欧州主要金融市場, 及び、ニューヨーク金融街・マンハッタンにて取材活動を行っている。25年以上に及ぶ欧米諸国の現場での取材活動で培った資源（人脈）・情報（第一次情報）が強みです。専門分野は欧米諸国の金融・経済、政治・外交、防衛、医療。
 
日系の金融機関や企業が実施している欧州や米国における金融・経済視察にも、金融・経済アナリストとして同行させていただいております。
